Zen massage & spa

About Us

Zen Massage & Spa is a straightforward neighborhood massage spot in Metairie for guests who want to relax without overcomplication. The focus here is on simple bodywork, foot massage, and practical treatment times that make it easy to stop in for a quick reset or stay longer for deeper relief. The menu is built around three core experiences: full body massage, foot massage, and foot-and-body combination sessions. That makes the spa feel approachable and easy to understand. Whether someone wants a short 20-minute foot session, a traditional 60-minute massage, or a longer 120-minute treatment, the experience is centered on comfort, calm, and physical ease. Zen Massage & Spa is best positioned as an accessible, everyday wellness place rather than a luxury ritual spa. The message should feel clean, honest, and relaxing: a place to unwind, reset tired feet and muscles, and leave feeling lighter than when you walked in.
